The holiday apartment “Blitzblank” is on the ground floor of the holiday villa Anna. Through the high windows you have a wonderful view of the surroundings and the old beech forest that separates the holiday villa Anna from the beach.
The apartment consists of a living room, bedroom, bathroom and eat-in kitchen, a total of around 80 square meters.
The eat-in kitchen is actually a second, very large living room with a cozy sitting area. Of course, you will find everything you need for kitchen use (and more) here.
The living room and kitchen-living room are separated by a large double door and can be connected to one large room. The bathroom (with window) has a shower, bathtub, washing machine and toilet.
80 m² FEWO Vergissmeinicht Villa Anna Zinnowitz
The holiday apartment “Vergissmeinnicht” is located on the ground floor of the holiday villa Anna. In addition to a living room of approx. 30 square meters, it has a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. There you will also find a small library, radio and cable TV and a (pull-out) sofa.
The undisputed “eye-catcher” of all apartments in the holiday villa Anna is also the large, cozy veranda with seating area in the Vergissmeinnicht holiday apartment. Enjoy the morning sun at breakfast!
The kitchen and the separate bedroom are also modern, comfortable, individually and lovingly furnished. The very spacious bathroom (with window) is equipped with a bathtub, washing machine and toilet.
80 m² FEWO Schwalbennest Villa Anna Zinnowitz
The 30 square meter living room forms the center of the “Schwalbennest” holiday apartment on the upper floor of the Anna holiday villa. The floor made of stripped, old wooden planks gives the entire apartment a bright and very homely flair. In the living room you will find our small house library, which also contains board games as well as tips and literature about the island of Usedom. There you will also find a television connected to the cable network and a small hi-fi system.
In the holiday villa Anna, the kitchen is not just there for cooking, it also offers the warm and friendly atmosphere of a living room. The existing dishes are stylish and generously dimensioned.
The veranda is often used for breakfast, as you can let yourself be pampered there by the morning sun.
The sunny living room offers a wonderful view of the green. One looks directly into the garden of the holiday villa Anna at the back of the house.
90 m² Ferienhaus Carl im Garten der Villa Anna
The separate holiday home “Carl” combines comfort with maritime flair. It is located in the middle of the large garden at the back of the holiday villa Anna. The southern exposure guarantees you a sunny vacation. Have breakfast e.g. on the large, sunny south / west terrace of the holiday home or use the garden furniture in front of the house and drink your glass of wine there in the evening.
Once you've stayed at Ferienhaus Carl and you wish your vacation never ended. The first guests called it “paradise”. Take your deck chair in your mind and sunbathe on the sheltered terrace!
Holiday home “Carl” - a maritime-style spiral staircase connects both floors
There is a large living / sleeping area on the upper floor of the holiday home. The large terrace of the holiday home is also located here.
Two cozy living rooms, an eat-in kitchen (generously dimensioned, stylish and practical equipment) and the (shower) bathroom form the ensemble on the ground floor. The seating area with a direct view of the garden is particularly recommended.
